Power of Attorney and signing ability for person with early stage Dementia - Ontario
Not sure how to properly phrase this but can power of attorney's have special clauses or protection to help a person with Dementia from getting scammed if they signed a bad contract or if there is a route to take to void a contract that was signed such as if a door to door sales person who gets a person to sign a bad contract. Nothing has happened so far but just worried about the future.
