Jeans I couldn’t breathe in are now comfortably slouchy (and I took them off without undoing them!) and a hotel towel went all the way round me earlier this week. I am injured and am really missing exercise because being lighter has made it more enjoyable. Plus I must have been going quite a bit because people have missed me! Am on 12.5mg, only side effect is being a bit chilly and delighted with this week’s weigh-in. Big BMI progress and a pretty line in the desired trajectory.
