I am a natural level 7 and used L’Oréal level 9 to dye my hair at home. Afterwards I used Wella T18 with 10 Developer to tone and that wasn’t the move to make. It made my hair dull without taking out the brass. So I have been using Matrix Blue Conditioner. With all that said, I wish it were lighter, but moreso—no more orange and brass! Can anyone help me?
