Who do I approach regarding an easement with the utilities company?
My family has purchased a home located on the side of a hill in a medium sized city. At the back of the property is an easement with the local utilities company. We have seen a massive amount of erosion and loss of trees to the edge of our property line due to the slope caused by the utilities easement. Is there a way to request the utilities to help to stop the erosion?
