I was truly inspired by this story as it mirrors My own journey quite deeply. This is a poem I wrote a while back after watching K-Pop Demon Hunters and didn’t think to share it until now, I hope Y’all enjoy it ☺️!

We Are Hunters Voices Strong,
Slaying Demons With Our Song.
Fix The World and Make It Right,
Dark Will Learn to Fear The Light…

Light Is Good, and Dark Is Bad,
For Dark Once Took All That We Had.
Revenge We Swore, and War We Bring,
It’s Now The Only Reason That We Sing…

Do What You’re Told, It’s Only Right,
Hunt The Dark, Restore The Light.
Demons Take, and Never Give,
There Is No Way We’ll Let Them Live…

One Is Born, Holds Both In Hand,
Light And Dark, Inside One Strand.
Told to Hide, The Darkness Grew,
Maintain The Old, and Fear The New…

You Are Cursed, Yet Can Be Freed,
Destroy All Dark, That’s All You Need.
Join Our Hunt, We’ll Make Them Pay,
A Promise You’ll Be Free That Way…

Hide Your Shame, Don’t Let Them Know,
They Will Judge, So Your Dark Can’t Show.
Fix The World And Make It Right,
Light Will Rein, There’ll Be No Night…

Reduced to Beasts, They Will Know Fright,
So When Darkness Finally Meets The Light…

Light Will Burn, and Dark Be Freed,
Denied All Love, It’s Only Need.
Dark Will Rage, and Hearts Will Churn,
When Bound In Shame One Cannot Learn…

Dark Will Spread, and Light Be Caged,
Pain Will Consume Light’s Tranquil Age.
Spurned By All, Adored By None,
That Was Till Dark, Met Their One…

One Exists Who Knows The Dark,
On Tragic Journeys, They Did Embark.
Great Pain They Faced, Their Scars Still Show,
Could Things Be Different? They Did Not Know…

Born With None, Still Had to Loose,
In Impossible Situations, Yet Forced To Choose.
All Was Lost, Despair Was Known,
Yet They Still Believe, In Kindness Shown…

Something Unforeseen, Despite Their Guile,
A Friend With Less Had Made Them Smile.
They Fought To Change, and Change They Did,
For a Friend Had Shown a Love That They Had Hid…

Endeavors of Kindness Do Truly Show,
Something I Think Everyone Should Know.
Understanding Must Be Born to End This Fight,
Know The Dark, Yet Hold The Light ☯️.
