I was rewatching “how it’s done” by HUNTR/X and when I got to Mira’s part (“fit check for my napalm era-“) when I saw this and slowed it down I just realized… WHY IS THIS GUY JUST LETTING HER SIT ON HIM?! Bro either is a SIMP or he’s more focused on the landing and where… bc there is NO WAY he DIDN’T notice her sitting on his back
What could they be doing?
Another fun batch of drawings to offer y'all from The Gilded Freefall! The next few chapters will mark the end of Act II, which will bring a lot of closure to the primary driving conflict within the story. But Act III will also be fun too, so I hope people check it out.
I'm actually surprised at how many secondary characters got covered in the process of making these. I didn't want to leave anyone out, lol! Zoey got the short end of the stick, but it's to balance out how much I drew her in the other batches. Her funny little doodles made it in, though. Jinu also got less art, but he'll be getting some more these next few chapters... Along with the other Saja Boys. Everyone's gonna have some fun drawings, probably. 👀
(Also just passed the fanfic's first birthday! Happy 1 year!)
Have a great Friday, everyone!

Rumi lost a guy she related to and wanted to free, while Mira and Zoey were doing this

Can say that I sort of imagine this scene fitting well into the sequel? 🫣
Love this fit, what do y’all think 👀

Look, I get it. There's not enough boy dolls in circulation & everyone loves Jinu. But...c'mon guys. Look how much c*nt we could have had served to us instead ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 I think we kind of missed out on something really special here, ESPECIALLY considering the fact that the film only showed us the sleeping bag itself. It would have transformed into a coat covering a much more glamorous ensemble, at least according to the concept art 🥲🥲🥲🥲
Hope you enjoy your fancy demon boy, because Mira won't be able to go to the Met Gala now 💀
Thank you u/xavierpizza for giving me this idea
I love the movie merch I already have but I think the movie's art book has become my favorite piece just for seeing the alternate versions of the Huntrix and how the movie was made.

Slide 1
R: Mom and Dad are gonna be pissed.
M: Good.
M: Help me get the back of my head, I can't see.
Slide 2
R: Why'd you get so much of this?
M: I have a lot of hair.
M: Just keep it, I can use it to touch up my roots later.
R: You already mixed this, it can't be saved.
R: Unless you wanna dye a shirt or something.
...
R: MIRA MIRA MIRA- !!!
Slide 4:
(years later)
R: You're the one who forced me to dye my hair!
M: Yeah, and which one of us keeps re-dying it, dipshit?
Slide 6:
R: (touching his necklace) Oh, I got this from my sister.
Someone: Your sister buys you jewelry? That's sweet.
R: No, she buys herself jewelry.
R: And then I break into her room and steal it.
