I love this fic so much

This is an rumi and jinu accidental body sharing fic (by PurpleCatGhost), there are touches of horror, because neither Rumi, Jinu, nor Zoemira are aware of what is happening; Zoey and Mira get scared and worried seeing Rumi’s strange behavior, while Rumi and Jinu suffer because they, too, do not know what is going on.

Do you guys think the Saja Boys really fought in the time after Free! and before the Idol Awards?

Like, when they meet in the dressing rooms, Abby and Romance are visibly angry, and—while it’s true they were all fighting for their lives—Romance seems much more aggressive in the final fight than the others.

Like, It's something I find interesting.

Do you think Rumi would ever record and/or perform Free?

So, I’ve been wondering this for a while. Free was a pretty private and unique-to-the-situation-of-the-characters song. But post-movie, do you think Rumi would record herself singing her or both parts of the song? Do you think she would release her recording? Ever perform it? Or not think about it all, or at least keep it very private to just her and her thoughts?

(I personally don’t ever see her performing it in a concert, that’s for sure, even if the Honmoon did react positively to her and Jinu’s voices. Maybe recording it for her own personal benefit?)

I found cute that the other demons kinda saw the Sajas as inspiration. 🥹

Look, I love this movie, but that's my biggest complaint.

Also, i really dislike seeing how many people in the fandom seems to erase Rumi's experience as a half-demon or the depth of how the naturally Jinu that treated Rumi's demonic traits affect her.

Rumi's demonic side is only remembered for "hahaha, crazy demon sex", superficial drama, or to convey the idea that "Rumi is the only good demon."

And you know what's the worst part? The thing is, the final minutes of the film itself reinforce the "Rumi is the only exception" mentality, because Jinu doesn't even have a chance; the only way for him to prove he's "good" is to literally commit suicide by drowning in shame. The other demons are just mindless minions, and Rumi, Mira, and Zoey end up killing the demons with huge smiles and without a second thought.

That's the main reason why I want Jinu to come back.

I love this movie, but I genuinely hope the second film touches on these points, because the more I think about it, the more contradictory the film's message seems and less i like the end of the movie.

Edit: These are criticisms made from a place of love for this movie. I'm not saying I wanted the film to be 100% about redeeming demons, I'm just pointing out that the film didn't develop one of the themes it touched on well. And about Takedown, yes, I know now it was due to the collaboration.

How do you redeem a demon?

The question is literally this: if Jinu were to return, what do you think a satisfactory redemption process should look like?

Like, as a serious question.

(I'm also going to make a post for Celine.)
