I reset my password a week ago with no issues using the recovery form. I also started the 30 day security info reset at that time. Then a week later I got an unusual sign in attempt notification from a strange location. Within 3 days my password stopped working and I can’t login in, but it says my security info reset is still pending. My question is, how was a hacker able to reset my password during that time and why am I no longer able to check my email? Will I be able to reset my email after the 30 day period is up?
