All of my losses follow a really similar pattern, and I’m curious if anyone else has had something like this and gotten an answer, since we are still unexplained.
I get pregnant relatively easily (within 2-3 cycles) and start having very light brown spotting/bleeding early around 5 weeks. It happens on and off, sometimes stops for a week or so, sometimes I have days with heavier bleeding that’s more like a period.
I have intrauterine pregnancies and see the heartbeat on ultrasound sometime between 5-7 weeks, always appropriate heartbeat for GA, even with bleeding. Sometimes have multiple ultrasounds and see this.
Then have an MMC around 6-8 weeks, discovered at 8-10 weeks. Maybe the bleeding is happening at that point, maybe not. Doesn’t pass naturally, have ended up taking mife/miso a couple weeks after to pass them.
My husband and I are 32, started trying when we were 31. No LC, all pregnancies have looked like this. All testing is normal - hormone panel, APL, factor v, sperm analysis, dna frag, hsg. I’ve tried progesterone with one of the three, same outcome.
I feel like there must be some clue in this pattern, but my RE doesn’t think so. Has anyone had anything similar happen? Or found something that worked?
