18M] gf [18F] found me flirting with other girls again after 2 years together — how do I stop repeating this pattern?
me (18m) and my gf (18f) have been together for 2 years. she recently found messages of me flirting with other girls on my phone. this has happened before and she had already broken up with me once for the same reason.
i’m not trying to justify it. i understand it breaks trust and i’ve clearly repeated the same mistake. i do care about her, but i keep falling into the same pattern and i don’t fully understand why.
what can i actually do to change this behavior for good and not repeat it in future relationships?
