Comcast is auto charging my credit card $65.98 every single month and there is no way for me to get them to stop. I used to have Xfinity's mobile service and left them months ago for Mint Mobile, and yet Xfinity is still automatically charging me every month. I don't know what to do at this point. The website says there is nothing I can do because I am not a customer. The app says the same thing and to call 1-800-934-6489. When I call, the automated system runs me around in circles and I eventually get a rep on the line who says they need to "investigate" why I keep getting charged but they DO NOT STOP CHARGING ME. I have spent hours of my life trying to resolve this. It is a bureaucratic nightmare. I have asked them to remove my credit card from their system and they won't (or can't?) do it. How is this not theft?
