Gym + yoga advice?

I’ve heard the arc is crazy busy and there’s long wait times for machines/weights… what’s the best time to go? Is it true that like 6 am is the best…..?
Also, who has experience with yoga classes or clubs?

Anybody have experience cycling estrogen and progesterone pills? (18yo)

For context: at 12 I took puberty blockers for 2 years because I thought I was trans. I had one period after starting them (I suspect because of the lupron). I then took testosterone for a year at 14. I stopped all medication in 2023 and have still not gained a cycle, and my estrogen is still insanely low.

I was prescribed estrogen to take for 1-15 days out of the month, then progesterone for days 15-30. My doctor said there’s a chance it could restore a cycle and that I would take it indefinitely…. Does anyone have experience with this kind of treatment? What can I expect?
