Gym + yoga advice?
I’ve heard the arc is crazy busy and there’s long wait times for machines/weights… what’s the best time to go? Is it true that like 6 am is the best…..?
Also, who has experience with yoga classes or clubs?

For context: at 12 I took puberty blockers for 2 years because I thought I was trans. I had one period after starting them (I suspect because of the lupron). I then took testosterone for a year at 14. I stopped all medication in 2023 and have still not gained a cycle, and my estrogen is still insanely low.
I was prescribed estrogen to take for 1-15 days out of the month, then progesterone for days 15-30. My doctor said there’s a chance it could restore a cycle and that I would take it indefinitely…. Does anyone have experience with this kind of treatment? What can I expect?
(I’m an ISCOR major)
I’m so so confused on what I should be doing… do I add classes to my “cart?” How do I know which ones and how many classes?? For some reason I was automatically put into some politics class but that’s the only one I see enrolled. Is anyone else insanely lost??
I eat high protein and mostly whole foods right now, and I rlly want to stay healthy. How can I get foods like grilled chicken, sweet potato, veggies, rice, eggs, berries etc while on a meal plan? I feel like the meals there are all insanely high cal wraps and stuff, what’s the best way to eat simple healthy meals? I know UTK/ the garden has “build your own” type meals but one swipe there is almost my daily spending money!!
