I'm having issues with Chenn Immigration and wanted to check if others have experienced the same problem and what you did about it.
I recently signed up with chenn immigration to file for I-140 for the EB2-NIW.
I finished filling out the forms and providing the information required on their platform. They then sent me their version of the proposed endeavor and a testimonial letter. Both are heavily templated. They copied the sentences I wrote on the platform and stitched them together with minimal effort. The whole thing reads shallow and generic. I'm not even sure a human read what I submitted, let alone wrote the drafts.
I sent them an email pointing out the problems. They acknowledged the issues and said they would fix them. In the second draft, they only addressed superficial things while the core of the letter and proposed endeavor statement stayed the same: copy-pasted, heavily scripted, and shallow.
I'm really frustrated by this, but I'm not sure how to handle it. I don't know why they're operating this way. If I tell them outright that this looks like a template, will they deny it and push back? Should I request to be assigned to a different lawyer?
One other concern: they gave me the "approve or refile" option (not the reimbursement one), so I'm wondering if that's why they're being careless and letting AI handle my case instead of an actual lawyer.
