I am a die heart Publix shopper, I will walk in there and drop hundreds because I love the quality however I took a chance on some NY Strip steaks from Sam's club, $55 4 huge steaks. Amazing sear no water, no grey spots unlike the $38 for 2 steaks I usually get at Publix. Publix meat department to the front please. Are y'all pumping the meat with water to increase the weight?
