Bought two tickets, only says 1 on receipt

Sorry if a dumb post but i just i booked two tickets and when they sent me my receipt it has the price of just one ticket on it. But when i check my bank account they indeed charged me for both, and i also looked up the reservation number and it says 2 passengers so im a bit confused.

Hk army HP8 alpha air regulator

So i know it might be a dumb question, but i have a ninja tank and i need a regulator. Most regulators are $100+ and then i find this fo like $35. So im curious, whats the difference? Like if i buy this cheaper one and put it on my ninja tank, will i have any issued? I dont know if i matters or makes a difference but i shoot a luxe idol.
