Now that it’s been almost a year since Vine took a huge nose dive, I’m just reminiscing my good old days. I haven’t even been in Vine very long but at least I got to enjoy the tail end of the times when you could actually get stuff in AI and having 8 picks over 3 really mattered because there was tons coming in to snag if you were willing to dedicate to the grind. Now, unless you are one of the lucky ones to get anything remotely good in RFY, it’s a true wasteland. Attaching some screenshots of what used to be good but fairly normal Vine days for me… literally almost everything from AI. And not even my favorite or highest end picks, just stuff I saw, snagged, and went about my day.

If you wanted to get into a bucket, all you had to do was get stuff from that category in AI and eventually you’d get more expensive/brand name stuff coming in to RFY. Now… it’s like if you’re not in the specific brand bucket to get offered literally all of their stuff, you’re straight outa luck.

When I first came on I used to hear lots of lamenting over the glory days of the covid years and even earlier, and I didn’t understand the chagrin so much because I was still enjoying the program with what there was. But now I get it. Vine going drastically downhill hurts, no longer being able to expect finding the kinds of things that used to be so commonplace- and I’m still not over it lol.
