Regular items missing from stores
I'm a bit upset at my latest interaction with Instacart. There its a bakery item at every Costco ever and it's never on the app. I do the special request via text chat and usually have success as it has been in stock regularly at every Costco for the past uhhh, 20 years!
I have previously reached out to Instacart CS and they said they can't add items to stores and it needs to come from the store directly, so I reached out to Costco, and they said Instacart is in charge of adding items... well someone's lying or misinformed.
Well, this is just great as my very nice shopper has tried to get my item I requested but couldn't see it in the system so even though they have it, he couldn't get it. Annoying to say the least.
When I asked Instacart CS again to add the item, I got the same spiel about they can't add items and it needs to be from the store directly. Okay basically who the fuck can add items here? What a frustrating mess.
