My parents sent me a birthday box in the mail. I've been no contact for 3+ years. They are blocked and didn't know my address until they looked it up online. They just showed up at my door on Thanksgiving. I re-established my boundaries and sent them away. Now I have a big box probably full of snacks and nicknacks from their travels. I want to return to sender. I'll read the card but that's it. Why do I feel guilty over this? They abused me my whole life while demanding that I think and act exactly like them. I have never felt better since going n.c. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
