Unauthorised Payment on Nespresso subscription
I used to have a subscription with Nespresso for £25 a month, which I stopped in November 2025. Last week, a random £50 payment was taken from my debit card and added to my Nespresso account as credit. This was an unauthorised payment and Nespresso have agreed to refund but either unwilling or unable to give an explanation. Has anyone experienced this?
