I was watching a few of the top parsing rogues and they frequently have 5 combo points up before the encounter starts. I read something about possibly using moroes lucky pocket watch and evasion? I'm full BIS minus DST and MH if gear matters for this at all. Can anyone possibly explain how this is done? Thank you
