I woke up super early this morning with a migraine and took HALF of an extra strength excedrin (250 mg acetaminophen + 250 nsaid). I thought I was taking half of a Tylenol! It was only when it became light out that I realized my mistake. I do normally take low dose aspirin, so I’ll skip that today. Please tell me I didn’t harm my baby. I’m 20 weeks. I reached out to my care team, but I don’t expect to hear back this weekend.
