I got rear ended earlier tonight while I was driving my dad’s car (company registration). Minor but visible crack on the rear bumper and I was stationary for about 3 seconds before I got rear ended in one of those inner streets in traffic. The other driver admits it was their fault, and I got their license plate, the photos of the cars, and the drivers’ number. What else to do? Apparently the registered owner of the car must report to METRASH instead of the driver (me), but I wanna know what to do further.
