See the second image Marked capacitor has 123mv. Resistor has 12v present in both sides. Below capacitors ok 12v present 3.3v also present no problem. But front side in fuse continuity mode it beeps but no voltage present in 0ohm resistor and fuse.

What causing no power issue

I want to find these capacitor values because i desoldered to test it shown lower resistance thats why i removed the capacitor but now i lost them i want to replace with same value capacitor please help me to find the values. If you know these commonly using values by manufacturers Please help.
