Shadowbans
I'm making this post because I honestly don't know what else to do.
I was farming Shiganshina with Colossal Titan, and my runs were taking around 50 seconds. Right after that, I tried to trade with someone, but nothing would happen when we accepted. I went to check what was going on and realized I got shadowbanned for supposedly being an "exploiter."
I did absolutely nothing wrong, and I swear on my life I've never used exploits. I went straight to the official Discord server to complain and told them they could check my account logs to prove my innocence. Instead of helping, they just banned me from the Discord server too. Now I can't open a ticket, contact staff, or do anything about it.
Has this happened to anyone else completing runs too fast? Is there any other way to contact the devs or appeal this? Any help would be appreciated.
