I got banned last year in November for account integrity. All accounts associated with that email were banned. My spam account was linked to a diff email and my old phone number. Ive had the account since 2019 and its still up and running today. Ive been so scared to follow ppl again or post myself. Should I still be so worried? I want to repost old photos.

I was permanently disabled on November 23rd. It says my account will be permanently deleted on May 23rd. I’ve been hoping that my account would one day just reappear because some people said waiting was the only answer. If it hits May 23rd is my account actually gone forever?
