Problem/Goal:
I have a financial liability po sa previous company ko.
Context:
Signing bonus po yun and if hindi makaabot ng 1 year sa company, need pong ibalik. As much as I want to finish the contract, need ko mag resign that time kasi need pong itake over yung family business ASAP (big family issue). I tried na pagsabayin both hanggang matapos yung contract pero hindi ko po talaga kinaya. May emails akong natanggap na need kong bayaran yun pero hindi ko na po pinansin. Maling-mali po ako dito, I know. 😭
Now po I just got hired but may EBG pa via 3rd party agency.
What should I do first po?
Reach out to previous company or just pay na lang po agad? (2023 po last email nila sakin)
Reach out to my new company and let them know.
Reach out to the 3rd party agency to explain what happened and let them know na i'll be reaching out to my previous company to settle?
