As stated in title, this is a core issue so I decided to installer wave link 2.0.

Lukily 2.0 opens for me...
Even with 2.0 the file registry is deferent so my audio effects don't install.

So where should I install audio effects if i don't have a /common file?
or
How do i fix 3.0 from insta-crashing?
