Mono cleanse with salt

How big of a disadvantage would be to do the mono cleanse with salt?

I am trying to eliminate level 1 foods for good.

It takes me more than I want to admit, and I have these immerse cravings. Therefore I feel like I need a break.

A break from thinking what to eat, a break from doing groceries, a break from cooking and more time in general.

This would also hopefully help me to ease into anti bug cleanse and not going back to level 1 foods at all.

What I think is

LW

CJ

HMDS

Potatoes and peas with salt

Also, is Skin Potion allowed doing cleanses?

I know Brain Shots are.

Thanks 🩷

Can I freeze cooked rice?

Can I freeze cooked rice, quinoa or millet?

And if so, should I cook it less so it doesn't get mushy after I defrost it?

And also, how do I defrost it?

Do I boil it again or put it in warm water?

Please help!

I am soon starting to study again as a 36 years old and I need to have some portions of different types of food ready to grab whenever I will not have time.

I am at beginning of my healing journey, still on my way to go no foods, so please have understanding for me wanting to eat rice. 🙏🏼 brown rice, that is.

How do you make scrambled "egg"?

How do you make potato flakes crumbly?

I tried to follow his instructions exactly, but there wasn’t much detail. He basically says to add the water and spices, then the potato flakes, and fold instead of mixing.

Mine ended up looking like mashed potatoes. Next time I would probably firstly mixed the spices with the flakes.

What are your experiences with this? Do you have any tips?

I ate it anyway, what I am gonna do 😁

Can I do my CJ after my smoothie?

And if not, why?

I tend to do other routines in the morning, I feed others, meditate or do yoga. I feel like until I have my smoothie, too much time have passed since I woke up and I have great cravings which do not stop even after the smoothie!!

What would be the consequences of switching it like this??

Iron deficiencies / Anemia - gathered materials

I am a person who, even if in the short term I need answers, tips, and help, in the long term I must find sources, quotations, listen to him talking about a subject, and so on, so I can fully digest and remember the material.

With the help of https://www.askmm.ai and https://filmot.com, I found all the videos where he mentions iron deficiencies and/or anemia.

Banana Cherry Smoothie & Supplements, Foods & Products To Avoid While Healing live from 01.05.2021

If you have to go with an iron supplement, go with a plant based. MM recommends going with foods that are rich in iron. These are more absorbable than pills. For example: wild blueberries, barley grass juice powder, spirulina, cherries, grapes, raisins, leafy greens, and herbs like cilantro or parsley. The reason why we are low in iron is that we have a low-grade viral infection. And the viruses feed off of iron, and that is why the iron drops. So, if your symptoms get worse after taking the iron supplements, it's probably because viruses like EBV are feeding off iron. So go after the bugs that eat iron.

Viruses Are Alive & Viruses Eat live from 07.12.2022

Classified medical industry feeds the viruses and then breeds them, keeps them alive in their labs, and uses viruses' food of choice, preferably raw egg, iron, and mercury. Viruses feed on iron inside the person's blood, making them anemic.

MEDICAL MEDIUM ANSWERING YOUR QUESTIONS Aug 16th live from 17.08.2020

If you have anemia, there's an underlying pathogen, especially EBV. Iron acts as food for the virus (and for other pathogens in general). So the anemia isn't just about lacking iron – it is connected to an ongoing infection. Because of that, the main solution is not simply increasing iron. Instead, the priority is to reduce or eliminate the pathogen. That's why he recommends to start with an "anti-bug cleanse".

Processed Food, Junk Food, Fast Food Isn't The Problem live 23.10.2021

Low iron is not primarily a nutritional problem but the result of a chronic, low-grade Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection. EBV feeds on iron, causing a person's iron levels to gradually decline. Toxic heavy metals make the virus stronger, so the more heavy metals someone has, the more active the virus becomes and the lower their iron levels fall. Low iron is therefore a symptom of an underlying viral infection rather than the root problem itself. The key to restoring normal iron levels is to eliminate or "clean up" the Epstein-Barr virus. Once the virus is reduced or removed, the body's iron levels naturally rise again.

Day 15: Mood Shifter Shot - 20-Day Brain Shot Therapy Challenge live from 24.01.2023

Anemia, low ferritin, and iron deficiency are signs of an underlying viral issue, and that addressing the Epstein-Barr virus is the key to allowing iron levels to recover. Low-grade viral infection can draw iron from the bloodstream and the body, causing iron levels to continue dropping. A person with a high viral load has the virus continually consuming iron, which can lead to severe iron deficiency and, in some cases, the need for blood transfusions. The key to restoring iron levels is not only adding more iron but reducing the viral load, removing the conditions that allow the virus to thrive, and strengthening the immune system so it can fight the infection. Iron pills can make some people feel worse because the added iron provides more fuel for the virus, allowing it to become stronger and increasing symptoms. In this view, the problem is not that the person simply lacks iron, but that the iron is being continually used up by the viral infection.

During pregnancy, low iron and anemia are explained through the idea that Epstein-Barr infections can become more active because the immune system shifts its focus toward protecting the baby. With less immune activity available elsewhere, the viral load can increase and consume more iron throughout the body.

Potato, Cauliflower & Asparagus Salad & Talking About Vinegar, Nutritional Yeast, Caffeine & More live from 27.02.2021

Anemia is explained as being caused by a combination of toxic heavy metals and viruses, especially low-grade Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infections. EBV is described as an “anemia virus” because certain varieties or mutations of the virus feed on iron. Toxic heavy metals are described as contributing to the problem by supporting the viruses, allowing them to thrive and continue consuming iron.

Banana Lettuce Boats & Epstein Barr Virus, Blood Draw/Blood Tests, PCOS, Endometriosis & More live from 04.04.2021

Raisins are presented as a food that can support people dealing with low iron because they are high in iron.

DAY 2 STOPPING THE BUGS FROM OWNING YOU live from 15.10.2021

Anemia is not caused by veganism or a lack of animal protein. People can have anemia whether they eat animal products or not. Blaming veganism for anemia misses the deeper issue. The cause is certain varieties of Epstein-Barr virus consuming iron in the body. When the virus uses up iron, iron levels fall, and anemia develops.

Supplements to Avoid MM website

The following text is also found in his book Medical Medium Revised & Expanded (page 448 PDF)

Iron Supplements

Even though iron in the right amounts is good for you, Epstein-Barr, shingles, and other pathogens feed on this metal. Almost all cases of anemia are caused by a low-grade viral infection. You should therefore avoid iron supplements that are not plant-based. Increase your iron naturally by eating spinach, barley grass juice powder, parsley, wild blueberries, grapes (black, purple, or red), blackberries, cilantro, burdock root (juiced), potatoes (with skins), kale, sprouts, squash, pumpkin seeds (in small amounts), asparagus, sulfur-free dried apricots, and other fruits, leafy greens, herbs, wild foods, and vegetables with relatively high amounts of iron. EBV, shingles, and others are unlikely to consume iron from these sources because fruits, leafy greens, herbs, wild foods, and vegetables contain natural anti-pathogenic properties.

From Liver Rescue Book:

Any time you detox, whether in a healthy way endorsed by the liver or when it’s forced to empty some of its miscellaneous storage bin to make room for more in the moment, emotions can come up as the toxins leave. It happens both during the liver’s stress bomb time that is the never-ending indulgence buffet of fall and winter and also, as we saw, in those seasonal shifts when the liver releases previously stored excess adrenaline. Cravings are a subject you’ll recall if you read Life-Changing Foods. A craving for a honey-baked ham, a double bacon cheeseburger, or other burdensome food for that matter is not your body telling you that you need iron or protein. (page 247 PDF)

Michelle Thompson IG

Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) is a common virus that infects a significant portion of the global population. Emerging evidence suggests a potential link between EBV infection and low iron levels in the body. EBV infection can impact the body's ability to absorb and utilize iron effectively, leading to low iron levels and subsequent anemia.

Toxic Heavy Metals: The Medical Medium suggests that adrenal stress and the accumulation of toxic heavy metals, such as mercury and copper, can hinder iron absorption and utilization. Addressing adrenal health and detoxifying the body from heavy metals may be essential in restoring iron balance and alleviating anemia.

Nutritional support: Consuming iron-rich foods:

Leafy Greens: MM always highlights the importance of consuming leafy greens, such as spinach, kale, and parsley. These greens are rich in chlorophyll, iron, and other nutrients that can support red blood cell production.

Celery Juice: MM promotes the regular consumption of fresh celery juice on an empty stomach. Celery juice is believed to have healing properties that can support overall health, including the potential to improve anemia symptoms.

Iron-Rich Foods: MM suggests incorporating iron-rich plant-based foods into the diet, such as blackstrap molasses, apricots, and pumpkin seeds. These foods are believed to provide bioavailable iron that can support the body's iron levels.

Vitamin C: MM emphasizes the importance of consuming foods high in vitamin C, as it aids in iron absorption. Citrus fruits, berries, and leafy greens are recommended sources of vitamin C.

Focus healing supports: apricots, grapes, cranberries, asparagus, leafy greens, sprouts & microgreens, raspberry leaf, nettle leaf, chaga mushroom, Atlantic dulse, nori, kelp, red clover, dates, red apples

Justina | Holistic Health Coach

Here are 3 root causes of anemia that no one talks about 👇
✨ 1. Viral activityCertain viruses (like Epstein-Barr) feed on iron and other minerals. They steal your nutrients, leaving you depleted - even if you’re eating well.
✨ 2. A sluggish liver:Your liver stores and manages iron. When it’s overloaded with toxins or pathogens, it can’t distribute iron properly - which can make you feel anemic even if your levels are okay.
✨ 3. Low hydrochloric acid (HCl):If your stomach isn’t producing enough HCl (often due to stress or chronic illness), you can’t absorb iron from your food effectively.
Instead of more iron pills, focus on supporting your liver, healing your gut, and clearing out pathogens.

How do you prep your celery juice?

Getting to this point wasn't a straight line.

I was postponing it multiple times.

On many previous occasions I would buy celery to juices it, only to drag the process until I eventually had to throw it, because it got bad.

My last experiences with juicing celery weren't ideal.

The quality was bad at that time and celery tasted just wrong, like dirty, fermented, old water.

Years later, here I am, hopefully back at it again.

Just look at this color!

This celery definitely was calling me.

Don't mind me, it was sitting in the fridge for at least couple of days, washed and ready before I finally juiced it today.

Do you cut as much of the ends as I did??

What is the brown thing?

It kind of goes away when I scrub it with my nail, but didn't after soaking in dish and brushing it.

How long can celery be stored in the fridge?

Do you juice the white inner parts as well?

Yesterday I started with 9 oz and today I already had 12 oz, slowly going up to 16 oz. It wasn't as bad, in the sense of diarrhea and such.

I want to have a proper morning cleanse before the university starts so by then I don't experience those extreme morning pees and poos 🙊💩

Potato SALADS - HOW TO tips needed

I wonder, how do you guys do potatoes?

Do you steam them everyday or eat them cold?

Btw, this Tahini sauce ia delicious!

I am watching his lives from 4 years ago, the Anti-Bug Challenge and he was making salad with potatoes and radishes and I got inspired.

I did my own version with what I had and it was great, but also then and there (on the first pic/hours after it was made) still kind of fresh.

Today, I barely ate it 😒 I hate fridge potatoes. This makes me grab a sandwich in the afternoons/evenings or any other NOFOODS. The cold potatoes are uncomfortable.

How to make it more accessible?

I need potatoes in my day, also potato dishes that I can grab in the morning, and eat them hours later without having to warm them up.

Extractor Smoothie ain't for the weak

Do you drink it regularly?

Do you drink this smoothie instead your HMDS or on top of that?

I only do it when I get fresh radish leaves.

This time I did not have parsley in it.

The fresh mango was delicious 🤤 melting in my mouth, so juicy, so sweet

The extractor itself is extracting okay??

I felt tingles in my brain, scratching in my throat, nausea, light headed, as if I drank too much caffeine... whoah

Very wide range of sensations

Does it get any easier?

Did I jump the gun too fast and maybe should not be using such a strong tools before quitting no foods???

There are no lemons 🍋🍋‍🟩

What would you do if you have no lemons in the morning and no way of getting them? It was 4am

I got up, and all my lemons were gone

So what would be the best scenario in this situation?

I had some coconut water

I juiced a melon

Then I had my smoothie

And then when the shop opened I had my lemon water

Should I drink just normal water first thing in the morning?

What do you do in this situation?

Who is just beginning?

Who is new to MM or starting over?

Where are you now on your journey?

I am re-reading the books and my plan for next week is...

  1. Moving towards a morning cleanse - for now, the minimum I wanna do is lemon water and any smoothie and only fruits until 12.00, then slowly adding CJ, and then HMDS

  2. Slowly eliminating NO FOODS level 1. Those are: eggs, dairy, gluten and soft drinks. Eggs and soft drinks will be easy. I stopped eating eggs the moment I read Cleanse to heal some years ago, and for some reason; even though I loved them before, the reasoning and arguments against them, won me over. Soft drinks - I was never really a fan of. And then there is gluten and dairy.

Yellow cheese and feta are going to be the most difficult to let go, however I am going to do my best to finish what I have in the fridge and not buying anything more.

About gluten - what concerns me is that I have a lot of gluten in the freezer or in my pantry, like bread rolls, pasta etc. I won't throw it, I dont think I am capable to eat it all - not that this would be smart, so I would leave it for when I have guests over.

How do you guys approach those "issues" or preparations for a cleanse? I guess it is different when you live with someone who doesn't follow MM, than naturally, you can just use it for them. But what about the rest?

I am curious guys

Usually, I am the type of person who can't have a "box with sweets" for later, for Sundays, for guests etc. No. Whatever I have home, I will eat it.

So this worries me a bit.

  1. Reading the particular Chapters from Cleanse to heal.

I want to share a verse with you, which motivated me while reading it so maybe it will inspire someone else as well.

"In addition to giving your liver a break, the absence of radical fats also helps you build up precious glucose reserves so that your muscles and nerves can receive the fuel they need to both strengthen muscles and restore nerve cells." page 176, Cleanse to Heal chapter, 16 Morning Cleanse

  1. Listening to the Anti-Bug challenge from 4 years ago.

What do you drink throughout the day?

Is having tea during morning cleanse allow? Like for example before HMDS?

The lemon water in the morning has half a lemon. What kind of water do you drink throughout the day? Does it have lemon in it and if so how much? I feel sometimes lemon water makes me dry, and then I proceed to drinking normal water. Is that okay also? Does it matter or changes the answer depending on id the water is filtered?

I drink spring water for now. Where I live this is normal. I have to yet to safe to buy a Berkeley filter system.

Help me to start over so it lasts

I read Cleanse to heal a few years ago and have since listened to many of AW's podcasts and lives. I’ve also gone through his healing path and own all of his books. I say own, because it is such a struggle to know where to begin. I started reading all of them, but then I jump from one toanother and eventually literally go in circles because I don't know which one should I prioritise. In 2021, I followed his protocols quite strictly and definitely felt better.

However, my biggest struggle is with discipline—or perhaps it’s something else entirely. I don’t know how else to describe it: self-sabotage, ADHD, laziness, extreme fatigue, burnout, anxiety or depression. I don’t know if labeling it would help, but it feels like I want to suffer. I know it sounds ridiculous—Anthony himself says that no one wants to be sick. But it all feels overwhelming.

I want to start fresh, but I need to take it step by step. I tend to go from one extreme to another—whether it’s addictions, extreme diets, or other habits. I don’t even know what to focus on or if it matters.

What I need help with is sorting through all the information because it’s just too much. It’s overwhelming, and I don’t know where to begin.

I’m wondering if starting small, like with morning lemon water and a heavy metal detox smoothie, and keeping the rest of my day as it is now, would still be helpful. Could I then, for example, add one new healing practice or eliminate one unhealthy food each week?

I just want to know if this approach would work. Changing everything at once feels overwhelming. Then, when I add social situations or work—when I don’t have time to prepare everything—I feel like I’m constricting myself, not doing enough, and eventually give up. I have to start over, and it’s such a mental load that I can’t handle it right now.

I hope this makes sense. I’d appreciate any stories or experiences you can share that might resonate with what I’m going through.

Like, what is the most important? One to three things I can start with
