I am IT director for a private school that our elementary uses iPads for their primary device. We proviously were able to Airprint and put in credentials with our Papercut print server in years past, but last year we had issues where it looked like a profile was blocking allowing the users to put their credentials in. The printers show on the devices but when you select them to print they just wiggle like it is opening a credentials box or message but we get nothing. These devices also have GoGuardian on them as a virtual VPN, but I am at a loss for what would be hindering the user authentication from opening and allowing user input. Any input would be helpful, because I have tried working with Papercut and Mosyle and have gotten nowhere.
