Has anyone here dealt with Giardia + hookworms causing acute intestinal infection/inflammation in a senior Labrador?

My dog has on 2 rounds of different sets of antibiotics and hookworm medication. He’s definitely better than he was a few days ago, but still having loose stools (though not as severe and involuntary). A recent ultrasound also showed acute intestinal inflammation.

At this point I feel like I’m going in circles between different vets and treatment plans. Would anyone have any advice.
