In the middle of a flare-up right now (IBS-D though weirdly struggling with IBS-C symptoms this time… but that’s a whole other thread). Does anyone else have the issue of different symptoms alternating rather than happening at the same time? I know this is commonly an issue with constipation/diarrhoea but I’m having it, weirdly, with stomach cramp/heartburn. When one goes away the other starts up, seemingly endlessly as if there’s something inside (gas??) that HAS to mess me up somewhere but can only be in one place at a time.
