so more info on what I posted Friday...

the ortho surgeon who I picked and thought I could trust, put in his clinical notes June 8th 2026 that was messed up… I found them tonight and this is basically what it said..

“said patient will not be returning to work anytime in the future, and I am recommending and referring Sedgwick to offer vocational rehabilitation.“ he went on the notes saying I cannot safely do my job, I am too basically jacked up to be working pipeline anymore and i need to find a new career within my future restrictions.. he signed it and the restrictions were no bending, stopping, crawling, no lifting over 20lbs, no standing for long periods, etc … he also referred me to pain management where I was seen..

This is the SECOND clinical notes that say he has refer me to vocational… since June 8th I have not seen NOR spoken to him..

June 16th is when he spoke on the phone with Sedgwicks lawyer. After the phone conversation. she faxed a letter stating my surgeon Dr Wobig, has said I’m at MMI and im free to go back to work with 0 restrictions… Wobig then checked AGREED to the form and signed it.. he also agreed to a statement that my pain is unexplained and that its mental health.….

Sedgwick has now updated my file to open for work and 0 restrictions.. HOW IN THE HECK does he flip from those notes to this in a WEEK without even seeing me? I spoke to my PT Friday and he’s disgusted with this. He said there is not a chance in Hell I can perform my job. I will be meeting with my lawyer and bringing these notes over to him..

I haven’t ate at all this weekend I’ve been so sick and upset. My son’s 8th birthday was today and all I could think about is what will my family and I do? I’ll have to find a low paying job that’s easy on my body yet won’t pay the bills so we will be maxing credit cards and draining savings… I’ll put my truck up for sale if we have to..

has anyone seen this?!

ive been dealing with multiple knee surgeries and lack of healing.. I am in consistent pain, and stiffness 24/7. my body hurts. I work on the pipeline where it’s constantly go go go and VERY intense work.

my ortho told me 3 weeks ago i will not be able to return to work, and that vocational rehab is needed.. My lawyer just uploaded a doc that shows my ortho signing off to Sedgwick lawyer that I’m cleared to go back to work without restrictions..

im so disgusted.. I spent an hour every morning stretching and on the bike just to get the knee working.. I can stand for 20 mins before I have intense pain and no balance. grocery shopping is a chore and a half.. by the end I hurt like no tomorrow.. now I’m supposed to do 8-10’hours a day?

update to the post I made scared. I had a IME appointment with a famous Oregon IME doc. my lawyer said he’s well known for being so hated and a very known paid shill for Sedgwick.

Well Friday I get a notification it’s canceled. I called my lawyer asking why and they had no clue it just happened. they’ll call me back with more info next week.

is this a common delay tactic to drag the case out? I know I need to just wait for the information from my lawyer but nothing is worse than being in your own head all weekend!

hello! moved and the master bedroom tv broke.

needing to replace but we don’t watch a ton of TV in the master. Need about a 65in per the distance. Costco has a 65in Q77k for $400.

any reviews on it? if I do watch things it’ll be sports but even then I’ll go down stairs if it’s an important game.

around $400 budget as the new downstairs TV was a pretty penny. Let me know what you think!

long story short, I got hurt Jan 2025, destroyed my knee. 2 surgeries later I’m still healing and my ortho says we have a long road ahead still for recovery, nerve damage, pain, and no way I can go back to work he said. he’s VERY VERY regarded in my state and west coast.

well sedgwick is sending me to a very famous IME doctor. 2 hours away… my Lawyer said he’s extremely well known in this area for being a slim ball. I’ve found so many court case docs with this IME doctor just lying and losing cases because he makes stuff up and the end result Is that he provided no proof.

I am stressed because there is ZERO way I can go back to work. 8-10 hours on my feet and working extremely hard labor on the pipeline. if the IME Doc says I’m fine or anything like that to stop benefits. Do they stop immediately or do they continue until like a hearing?

my lawyer is out of the office until Tuesdays and it’s Father’s Day and I’ve already cried about this to my wife, I need some answers before I lose it!
