I am currently on multiple waitlists after interviewing. Both schools accept any forms of updates, letters—no preferences. Multiple of the physicians I now work with have offered to write letters on my behalf.

1. If they do write the letter, do I upload it myself to my portal? Or should I have them email to the admissions office?

2. Any idea if this will make a difference?
