Hi! I’m visiting Edinburgh and had a quick question about coffee. I‘ve already seen several posts offering great recommendations for shops in general. I’m excited to check some of them out. But I was wondering if there are any shops in the city that sell beans from any of the great roasters on the continent such as Dak, April, Coffee Collective, or any others. I prefer a light roast. I’m planning to pick up a bag from The Source already. But I’d love to pick up a bag or two from other places too. If there’s any other great Scottish roasters, I’d welcome those recommendations too. Thanks!
