I'm on a 0.025 mg patch every 3-4 days, Lyllana. It's working for my hot flashes, but whenever I start a new patch, the next day I get stomach cramps, gas pains, and urgency. Is there a work around for this? I feel like a need a more steady delivery of estradiol without the peaks and valleys.
