What the least effective or most useless move in folkstyle?

We were discussing some moves, and someone mentioned how ineffective a particular move was. This sparked a conversation about various moves that are widely taught but not very effective. We were specifically excluding niche moves. Does anyone have a move that they believe is widely taught but actually sucks?

Need help understanding this interaction.

In high school, I used a Russian tie with great success. However, as I went to college, my scoring performance declined. When I couldn’t score, I would walk my opponent out and angle for stall calls. This strategy worked well in high school, but in college, I occasionally received stall calls. I never understood how a guy could walk out in a purely defensive posture and still get the stall call on the aggressor.
One example, i walked out a guy 4 times in a row and the ref hit me with stalling.
