with potentials you get heals in his sword and shield form and good defense and hp boosts, great for escanor,

in his rapier form you can get up to 20 second buff duration and good magic charging, my issue is that his magic charging seems low compared to other units (some units get 650 just from tag skill. he gets 350), is there a set or another way to boost that to the max?
