So I haven’t received a single ping the whole weekend and thought today would be different because the start of the new week. I had spoken with live chat a few times and they said that everything was fine with my account and they haven’t heard of any glitches or outages. I decided to try calling instead of live chat and they told me they are having issues with L.A drivers not getting any requests and the engineering department is looking into it to have it fixed. No timeline or update.
