Hi, I have been on titration for Affenid XL 18 mg (methylphenidate hydrochloride) for the past 3 weeks.

I have days where I have a strange pain on the muscles of my left side chest. I can’t explain, but it doesn’t feel like the heart. It’s more muscly, comes and goes sometimes like stinging pain. Sometimes it’s my neck, most of the time is not there at all.

This has happened for the past 5 days. My rest heartbeat is normal, no elevated blood pressure and for the rest absolutely fine.

Does anyone else have experience this?
