Will I ever manage to earn crores while already at age 45 ?

Will I be able to earn crores ? My wish is to start college or some orphanage as social work but it needs load of money
From last 15 years I am earning quite good salary in job.. but I am not satisfied with what I do. I want to become social worker and help needy people and unfortunately it needs lot of money
Already having family/kids and responsibilities but I always feel something missing in life
