I picked up an H&R XM16E1 lower and upper recently and was bummed to find that the upper and lower are very different colors and the upper has a canted front sight. Both were non-blem. So far trying to talk to PSA about warrenty replacement has stalled without follow-up on their end.

If I end up having to try and fix things myself, I can deal with the colors fairly easily but anyone have suggestions for trying to fix the canted sight?
