PCB Mania Electric Lover not flanging

PCB Mania Electric Lover not flanging

Signal goes through in bypass and with pedal engaged, just not getting any effect happening. I noticed the MN3007 gets quite hot to the touch.

I have two MN3007 chips and I tried both to no avail.

Can post a pic of the underside if needed.

Question about running parallel FX

If I take a Y split from the signal chain before the reverb block and put delay on this parallel chain, and then merge the split after the reverb, do I need to make this parallel split 100% wet (i.e. set the mix on the delay to 100%)?

I'm not sure what the interaction is if I set the mix on the delay to let's say 30%. Does the merge then sum the dry parts of the signal and effectively create a volume boost? Or does everything get normalized?

I recently picked up a Yamaha DHR12M speaker for the purposes of monitoring for myself when I go DI with the HX Stomp, and I notice a big discrepancy between it and my Kali LP-8 studio monitors. All my presets sound much brighter on the Yamaha, to the point where I have to change my cab/mic selections entirely to compensate (I'm already employing high cuts from at least 6 kHz down to as low as 4 kHz).
I got the Yamaha having been under the impression that it would provide an accurate reference point for both dialing in sounds and for monitoring, but now I have to wonder where the discrepancy is. Is the Yamaha accentuating the high-mid/high frequencies or are the LP-8s attenuating them? Which speaker is providing me a more accurate representation of what it will sound like through a full PA system?

Does anyone have any insight on this?

Let's say I have a stereo delay followed by a stereo reverb as the last two blocks of the signal chain in the HX Stomp (I would have them routed in parallel as a matter of preference), would it make a tangible difference if these effects were preceded by a stereo cab block as opposed to a mono cab block?
Aside from just the overall tonal difference of having the separate cabs (or same cab but difference microphones), does it matter whether you have two different "sources" panned left and right for the stereo effects to interact with, or will they provide the same stereo spread if they're working with a mono source, and the effects themselves are the only thing providing the stereo image?

I've settled on a single cab + microphone combination that I like quite a lot for a particular preset, and any other cab or microphone I add to it only seems to compromise the sound, so I'm hoping for the sake of recording that I can use this single cab in conjunction with stereo effects to record in stereo and have a good stereo image.

I know my dad. I have a personal (if a little one-sided) relationship with him.

Since I know my dad is real, your dads are all obviously false and don't exist. Sorry you had to find out this way.
