So I am a Hindu student in Nagpur

Recently I came across a temple which had been illegally occupied by some one idk who

Situation - there was a Vithal Rukmani Maath near RSS HQ in Mahal which I was told by an aged uncle when I visited nagpur 5-6 years ago

Today when I came back I saw a building built above the temple and being used for residence, godown and idk what (was about to say by just looking) definitely not a aashram

The thing I want to do is how can I confront the person who built it and who is the right person i would connect with to stop the illegal acquisition of temple space

Today is the 3rd time he tried getting me into an argument and eventually to a fight over parking dispute

I own a library so I need a silent environment and he has rented his building to a karioke studio who is also trying to get a fight

Btw he is operating that studio which is a temple place

Not looking for trouble but please help me get rid of this message

Legally it will take time

I have checked all the law stuff and I stand fair but I am looking for a peaceful solution

Today's incident

- a guy customer of karioke parked his vehicle diagonally blocking Parked vehicle of students so I peacefully asked the watchman to remove it by showing the recording which he testified infront of the owner of building

Then the owner of the building came showing up in a rude town saying -' bohot ho gaya tera camera camera tere bap ki jagah hai kya xyz' which is recorded in my camera including recording the audio

I didn't want a fuss so I refused to fight

Please help me with suggestions

Admin using excessive powers

Hygiene

Etc etc

But here everything is sorted

Sufficient ACs work 14 hours a day and everything is automated

I live in mahal and usually return back to my place around 1-2 AM from my job but from a week I have been seeing many unknown men in the area behind saduday complex at CA road which hold multiple CA offices, doctor clinic etc

And the reason I am posting this here bcz idk where to and the main reason every time anyone passes from that road is that everyone gets conscious and in a state of mind ki fas gaye just like a thief while breaking a chain gets a look from passer by

I may be wrong but idk
