When I start to think about all the weird stuff I’ve done to feed my porn addiction it really makes me depressed.

- Listened to porn in the car? Yup.
- Watched porn and masturbate at work? I do that all the time now.
- Jerked off with strangers online? Yep, even got to the point where I do it on camera.

I feel like a lost cause sometimes. Every attempt I’ve made to quit has failed and over the last 2 years I’ve only gotten worse.
