So today I got myself a new iPhone from the apple store and setting up the device I ran into some problems

I do have full access to my apple ID and the same phone number I used 12 years ago but my issue is some iCloud data isn't syncing I've punched in my password and it shows me my sister's name with that 6 pin number I've asked her about and she doesn't even know it. So at the moment I got a 17 pro max paperweight

Is there a way I can destroy everything in that iCloud since it's not important for me but I can keep the same old email I've signed up a long time ago??
