This is my first ever serious post so please excuse me if I do smth wrong or if my description of the situation sucks.

So back in December 2025 I met this girl through a dating app. She was in my hometown for her study abroad semester. Unfortunately she was about to leave back home soon so we made the best of the bit of time she had left here. And what can I say those were the best 1 and a half weeks of my life. We had great conversations the Sex was great and everything was on point.

Fast forward those 1 and a half weeks she left and we stayed in contact. We FaceTimed and texted a lot for next almost 2 weeks since she has left. Then of course things started to get a bit slower texts and calls got less. Later on she texted me she can’t keep doing this because she fears of getting more attached to me and we unfortunately just do not have the time nor money right now to frequently fly and see each other.

About 2 and a half months later I got a text from her again. She said Hi! How are you? Do u wanna FaceTime and catch up? Of course I folded and we started having heavy contact again. All up to the point where she even booked tickets to fly over to see me. Which makes me very happy no questions asked.

Now to the actual point of this post. Right now she is in a different town for an Internship. Contact and everything stayed the same. She texted me earlier today and sent me a picture that she cleaned her room. Great for her nice to hear. A couple hours later she called me on FaceTime I didn’t pick up tho because I had to study. So I texted her hey can I call you back in a hour? To what she answered imma be out. There’s this place I want to try that has all the macros listed out. ( she’s a gym fanatic). In response I texted her okay wait I’ll just call u in 10min. So I called her. While we were taking she was getting ready in the bathroom. Putting on eye liner, body spray etc. And normally when she goes out to grab something to eat she never gets all dressed up etc. At first I didn’t think much about it but thinking back now (2,3 hours later) it doesn’t all add up and my gut normally never is wrong.

To add to this I unfortunately made a fake dating profile in the area she is in right now to see if she’s active. And I did in fact find her.

To be fair we never gave our thing a label. We never talked about it but we always gave each other the feeling that we wouldn’t go on dates with anyone else. Or at least I had the feeling based off the things she said and texted me. (For example I sent her a fit check bevor going out with friends and her answer was ur so handsome I’ll send a nuke to every girl in town that sees you). Now I know it’s not confirmed and I might be completely overthinking this but that’s kinda what I’m hoping to figure out here by posting this. So do I ask her if she went on a date or is that a stupid question?
