In from the Oasthouse s2e7 'Time Travel' Alan's counsellor is called Jez, who's main strategies are facile quotes and going "mm".

In peep show Jez did work as an (ineffective) counsellor towards the end.

Also has a former nose piercing, which is not proof but compatible with a older middle aged Jeremy Usbourne in my opinion. Anybody else spot this?
