Tyee cf 5 owners

Hi all. My son recently heard a knocking sound from the rear of his Tyee 5 so decided to check if the linkage bolts were torqued correctly. The bolt pictured which connects the lower rocker to the downtube is spinning freely in the frame. When holding the non driveside of the bolt it is able to loosen and can be removed, there appears to be no damage. When the bolt is re-inserted and tightened it starts to spin again when the nut reaches the torque spec. Has anyone else experienced this or any thoughts on what the cause may be. Thanks

Carbon frame help

When trying to remove the shock mounting bolts it looks like the carbon is stretching around the bolt. Is it safe to remove the shock without damaging the frame?
