Ekano AL 2

This is a brand new bike. I had a large gap around the cover, especially at the top end. A lot of the gap has been resolved by moving / adjusting the battery cover. There’s a fair amount of play at the top end though which drops the battery down and increases the gap. When the bike is upside down there is nothing and it looks perfect. Can anyone tell me is this normal play or is there something I can adjust on the mounts in the frame to reduce this?

Hi all. My son recently heard a knocking sound from the rear of his Tyee 5 so decided to check if the linkage bolts were torqued correctly. The bolt pictured which connects the lower rocker to the downtube is spinning freely in the frame. When holding the non driveside of the bolt it is able to loosen and can be removed, there appears to be no damage. When the bolt is re-inserted and tightened it starts to spin again when the nut reaches the torque spec. Has anyone else experienced this or any thoughts on what the cause may be. Thanks
