Hi there!

My wife's kindle has suddenly stopped working, and the screen looks washed out and doesn't react to any inputs. She said she'd tried restarting it like normal but it hasn't changed.

Is there anything else we can try or is it time to give it up and purchase a new one? (For context, her kindle is around 5 years old if that helps with anything!)
